Single Arm Dumbbell Squat & Press – Exercise Library

• Hold dumbbell at shoulder height with your hand facing away from your body.
• Leave the other arm by your side.
• Move into a Squat, maintaining an upright torso.
• Return to the standing position and press the weight overhead at the same time.
• Complete reps on one side then switch to the other.
• This can be done with a Kettlebell or Dumbbell
