Our Group classes are known for being suitable for all levels, highly motivating, and specifically programmed to your needs! We have ‘Get Fit’ classes which are high intensity workout with short rest periods, our ‘Get Strong’ classes are a mix of full body strength workouts and our ‘Get Lean’ classes are a mixture of strength and cardio.

Fit Mum Classes are run by our Physiotherapist Amy that specialises in Pre/Post Natal Women’s Health and classes can also be claimed with your private health insurance.
