Our Group classes are designed to be suitable for all levels, highly motivating, and specifically programmed to your needs!
GYM - Get Fit, Get Strong, Get Lean with our Group Personal Training. Classes are a mix of Lean & Strong, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Technique+Programming & Open Gym Classes.
PILATES - Clinical Pilates are small group classes (Max 4 people) with your own individualised pilates program overseen by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
FITMUM (FM) - Pre and Postnatal Fitness classes run by our Women's Health Physiotherapist Amy who specialises in Pelvic Physio and working with pre and postnatal women. (All FM classes and appointments can be claimed with your private health insurance).
