One on One Personal Training
Fitness training with the personal touch. Have your own personal trainer 100% focused on your health and fitness needs. Your trainer will keep you on track and develop your own fitness program that will get you to reach your fitness goal with constant support in and out of your sessions.
Exercise Physiology in Melbourne with an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP). Our experienced and skillful Exercise Physiologists at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness achieve the best results possible for our clients and are allied health professionals. Your exercise physiologist will combine clinical exercise prescription with appropriate lifestyle advice to help you regain your quality of life and have you back doing the things you love.
Small Group Personal Training
Don’t want to go it alone? Train with a friend or a group of friends with your own personal trainer. These sessions can be tailored to each individual with different fitness levels so no matter who trains, everyone will be left feeling awesome after a great workout.
Another option is to join another member of our studio looking to start a new training group or meet a new training partner. The extra motivation by having someone other than you Personal Trainer will be sure to make yourself push yourself that extra bit harder.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy
Developed by Amy LAURIE, a physiotherapist since 2009 that specilises in women’s health. The FITMUMS Program is one of the most well-researched, comprehensive programs for women living in Melbourne, VICTORIA.
At MVFIT, our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists apply the Clinical Pilates principles first to assess, and then to create an individualized exercise program specific to your needs and goals.
Boot Camps/ Group Training
Join one of our group personal training sessions that we have running in the studio and also try out our outdoor boot camps at the Maribyrnong River. These sessions offer a variety of training which will be sure to get you moving and in a group environment. Our boot camps cater for all fitness levels and can include, boxing, running, cardio, circuits, core and fitness challenges, and are a great way to supplement your individual personal training sessions.
NDIS Exercise Provider
We are a recognised NDIS service provider based in Melbourne for Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, Physiotherapy and Dietetics. We provide community based neurological and general rehabilitation for our NDIS clients, based in their home and their community throughout Melbourne, VIC.
TAC Patient Allied Health Provider
Our TAC approved physical therapies:

To help you recover from your transport accident injuries the TAC will cover the cost of our allied health physical therapies that we have here at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness.
Corporate Workplace Fitness
Get your workplace up and moving with our Corporate Fitness Programs. You and your work mates can come into the studio before or after work, or during your lunch break for a group workout with one of experienced personal trainers. If you can not make it into the studio, no problem at all as our trainers are also mobile personal trainers so we can organise a trainer to come to your workplace or nearby park to run your fitness session outdoors.
Emergency Service Training
We also can get you ready to enter into your new career in any Victoria emergency service. To succeed in your application you will need to pass a fitness test. At Moonee Valley Health & Fitness we can help you get through the test with ease with our test specific training programs. Our personal trainers can assist with all Fitness Testing Requirements for all emergency services. Police, PSO, MFB, CFA, and the ADF all have fitness testing requirements.
Fun Run/Event Training
Have you set your goal to enter a fun run or fitness event such as Tough Mudder or Run Melbourne this year? Our team not only competes in these events, we get you ‘Race Ready’ and prepared for any event you would like to tackle. There is no harm in giving them a go!
