Lift & Strengthen

Building a level of strength is very important for your long-term health. Focus on building lean muscle, bone density and improving movement quality through structured strength training.


Power & Endure

A blend of strength and endurance training, designed to help you push your limits. This class combines interval based sets for a well rounded challenge. If you don't challenge yourself, you don't change.


Sweat & Perform

A full body conditioning session that brings together strength, speed, and endurance. Expect a fun and high-energy workout every weekend!


Active Mums (Pre & Postnatal)

Designed for pregnant and postnatal mums, this class focuses on safe and effective strength and conditioning. With qualified pregnancy instructors and modifications for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, you can regain strength, improve core stability, and move confidently. Bubs are welcome!

Every session is overseen and created by the coach that is running your class. Every coach at MVFIT has at minimum a 3 year Exercise Science Degree so you can be confident in knowing that you are training with high level and experienced coaches.


In comparison, most other gyms will have Cert 3 & Cert 4 trainers who may have only completed a 12-week online certificate to become a coach.
