All our workout classes are for 45 minutes and offer a mix of Strength Training, High-Intensity and Functional Fitness.

Every session is overseen and created by the coach that is running your class. Every coach at MVFIT has at minimum a 3 year Exercise Science Degree so you can be confident in knowing that you are training with high level and experienced coaches.

In comparison to other gyms that have Cert 3 & Cert 4 trainers who may have completed a 12-week online certificate to become a coach.

Our GET STRONG classes will give you the strength, power, and tone you’ve always wanted.

You want people to notice that you work out? They absolutely will! 

This team training session is a full body strength workout using every muscle in your body from your legs to your core to your back.

These workouts are the #1 priority to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term.

Aim to be working out with a coach during a 1 on 1 private session or being part of our GET STRONG group sessions 1-3 times a week.

Get Fit


Our GET FIT group sessions are our version of a cardio workout.

They burn calories, get your metabolism revving, and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for. 

The latest research shows, interval training is one of the best methods for fat loss but we use a much more effective (and a lot more fun) way to do "cardio". 

Each GET FIT class incorporates equipment such as the rings, dumbbells, ropes, rower, medicine balls, SkiERG and more into an interval-style workout. You’ll have fun and you’ll torch fat!

In addition to 1-3 GET STRONG classes, add a GET FIT class group session 1-3 times a week.

Get Lean

LEAN with Rapid Results

Our GET LEAN class is exactly what you will see happen to your body fat after taking this class consistently.

A mixture of strength and cardio exercise that combine elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training and functional movement.

It's scientifically proven that resistance based training can burn more calories than pure cardio based exercise.

With our GET LEAN classes you'll experience a superior interval training effect that will provide the ultimate fat loss results.

In addition to 1-3 GET STRONG classes, add a GET LEAN group session 1-3 times a week.
