Single Arm Dumbbell Chest Press – Exercise Library
• Hold both dumbbells above your chest.
• Lower one dumbbell down to your chest while other arm stays in up position.
• Bring that dumbbell back up to start position then repeat with other arm.
• This can be done one arm at a time or your can alternate reps.
