Narrow-Stance Bodyweight Squat – Exercise Library

• Stand with your feet just inside shoulder width apart.
• Push your hips backward like you are going to sit of a chair.
• Keep your back straight
• Squat as deep as possible
• Don’t round your back
• Push with your glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps to return to the start position.
