Crossover Lunge – Exercise Library

• Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
• Lunge forward with one leg in front and across the rear leg.
• Make sure to keep you body upright and straight
• Press through the forward heel back to the starting position.
• You can continue with one side then swap or do alternating.
