Bodyweight Sumo Squat – Exercise Library
• Stand with your feet outside shoulder width and turn your toes on a slight angle outwards.
• Push your hips back and keep your chest up as you lower yourself down as low as you can go.
• Drive through the heels of your feet and push through your glutes and hamstrings to return to the starting position.
