We are 14 days into our 6 Week Lifestyle Challenge and it is great to have so many of you providing feedback on how you have gone so far.

Over the next few weeks, one of the big areas we will focus on in creating these successful habits is to focus on the Emotions we have with building these habits.

There is a direct connection between what you feel when you do a behaviour and the likelihood that you will repeat the behaviour in the future.

We cannot break or build habits without involving emotions…
In fact, the more positive emotions you attach to creating a new habit, the faster it seems to develop into a habit.

Later this week in the challenge we will look at the Emotions that are attached to our habits and a few great examples on how your emotions and thoughts will help make you habits stick. (Hint: It's not just Motivation & Willpower)
