Safe Return to Exercise & Taking Care of Yourself

COVID has continued to upset the routine of us all, with our regular gym and exercise regimes severely affected due to the forced Govt closures. We commend you all for doing what you can over these past few months of intermittent lockdowns - whether you simply managed to walk most days, did some gentle stretching, joined some virtual classes or started the Couch to 5KM, you all did what you could.

Physical activity is a proven remedy for many things - both physical and mental. We strongly encourage you to keep trying to stay active as best you can - whether that be at home or in studio under the supervision of one of our highly experience staff.
