Xmas Free Group Training

I hope you've been enjoying the sessions so far this year! The Outdoor sessions at Tote Park are planned to be resume early 2022 and if you'd like to continue training up until Xmas Eve I'd love for you to come along to our remaining groups at the MVFit Indoor / Outdoor Gym.

I still have 15 sessions running over this last week of Xmas, and would love for you to come along.

  • Mon 20th Dec - 6.30am; 9.30am; 12.00pm; 6.00pm
  • Tue 21st Dec - 6.30am; 9.30am; 12.00pm; 5.30pm
  • Wed 22nd Dec - 6.30am; 9.30am; 12.00pm; 6.00pm
  • Thu 23rd Dec - 6.30am; 9.30am; 12.00pm

My gym is about 1.5km from where we've been running the outdoor sessions, and have an indoor / outdoor setup with the sessions similar to what you've been doing (but access to more cardio equipment and range of weights to use)

How to Join?

I've made a Xmas Group Training Pass for everyone that has been coming to our outdoor sessions, and all you need to do is fill out your details below and then you can easily book any of the remaining group pt classes I have for the rest of the year.

The sessions we run are very similar to the Outdoor Group sessions you've been doing except having more equipment available.

Russell LAURIE

Russell is the Managing Director and Head Coach at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness.

In 2008 he graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement at Victoria University and has been a personal trainer since 2004 and is a passionate and focused health and fitness professional.

Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years, he is a highly qualified expert in Weight Loss, Strength & Conditioning and Workplace Wellness programs.
