Green Eggs

When you first ever make this egg recipe you’ll think you are doing it wrong because the mixture of the eggs and spinach looks just like spinach but don;t stress it will cook fine and the combination is great. If you ant a weight loss diet, you can’t go wrong with adding spinach to your diet. With only 7 calories per cup, spinach provides calcium, iron and vitamin A.

Healthy Recipe – Breakfast

The Ingredients You Need
5 large eggs
1 and a 1⁄2 cups spinach leaves, finely chopped
2 scallions, including green and white parts, chopped
1⁄2 teaspoon rock salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lime

What To Do:
Beat the 5 eggs in a bowl.

Place all the ingredients except the lime in a small bowl and mix well.

Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and when it is hot, add the egg mixture. Cook until the mixture just starts to set on the sides and then gently flip portions until the eggs are cooked throughout, but not browned.

Divide into 4 portions and serve immediately, garnished with lime.
