Pilates Session Details:

We have everyone first begin with a 1 on 1 assessment so we can create your individualised program.

Class Cost: from $36 per session with the option of our unlimited clinical Pilates membership

Location: All classes and 1 on 1 assessments are help at our well-equipped Pilates Studio at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness
Schedule: Flexible timings to accommodate your busy lifestyle. We currently have over 30 weekly classes and appointments are available 6 days a week in the Pilates Studio.
Private Health Rebates: Our Clinical Pilates classes may be eligible for private health rebates. Check with your provider for more information.
