Group Fitness and Group Personal Training
Don’t want to go it alone? Train with a friend or a group of friends with your own personal trainer. These sessions can be tailored to each individual with different fitness levels so no matter who trains, everyone will be left feeling awesome after a great workout.
Another option is to join another member of our studio looking to start a new training group or meet a new training partner. The extra motivation by having someone other than you Personal Trainer will be sure to make yourself push yourself that extra bit harder.
