Braced Squat – Exercise Library

• Hold a weight in front of your chest with your arms extended straight.
• Stand with feet just outside shoulder width.
• Squat to at least parallel, keeping your body straight and braced.
• Return to the standing position, keeping the weight extended in front of you when moving up and down.
