DB Renegade Row with Push up - Exercise Library Sets: 1-3 Reps: 8-12 Rest: 1-2mins Description: - Place yourself in a push up position with your hands on DB’s - Row one side, pulling your elbow past your body. - Return the weight to the ground and then do a push up - Now row the other side, pulling the elbow past the body - Jump your feet in and stand up - Press the DBs overhead and return the DB’s to the ground. - Repeat the movement again. DB Renegade Row - Exercise Library Sets: 1-3 Reps: 8-12 Rest: 1-2mins Exercise Description: - Begin in your push up position with your hands holding onto DB’s. - The Db’s will be inside your shoulder width. - Feet slightly outside your shoulder width - Keep the Spine in neutral position. - Pull the DB up towards your chest, bending the elbow. - Slowly lower down and repeat on the other side. - Don’t sway your hips side to side. Keep the belly button tucked in a little towards your spine.
