Habit Sheet Print Out – Getting Started

Start of the 6 Week Lifestyle Challenge

To begin, everyone will need to either pick up their A3 print-out and marker that is in the main gym floor area, or you can print out a copy of the white or dark version below.

Grab a sheet from the gym and put it somewhere in your house that you will see it everyday, then MASTER THE HABIT OF SHOWING UP!

5 Mins of Exercise Everyday - Don't Break The Chain!

A new habit should not feel like a challenge. As part of our 6 Week Lifestyle Challenge we want you all to commit to taking one small action every day toward a bigger habit you want to develop.

You have to standardise before you can optimise, and you can't meet your larger goals if you never show up.

With this beginning of the challenge, this daily 5 minute exercise will reinforce a new identity. It will re-shape the way you think about yourself. With every action that you take, it is a vote for the type of person you become.

We want you to commit to becoming - 'The Type Of Person Who Exercises Everyday'

Now this 6 Week Challenge is going to focus on an exercise habit, but can be used in other areas as well. Commit to doing your art, music, writing, or whatever every single day. No exceptions. Even if it’s for just five minutes.

If you’re really tired tomorrow and don’t feel like doing it, take five minutes and do it anyway.

Get out your yoga mat, pick up the guitar, put on your runner, open the file of the book you’re working on. Spend a few minutes engaged in your craft.

If you end up spending more time on it, great. But at the very least, follow through on your five-minute commitment.

And do it every day.

Now, to get started with these first few days, we are only concentrating on getting your 5 mins of daily exercise in, and marking off your calendar.

Over the first few days we will be going through everyone's short survey responses and putting together the other aspects of the challenge. But for now, it is as simple as 5 minutes a day of exercise! (sorry walking doesn't count, at least add in a few 20-30 second jogs in there as well).
