Health care at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness is still available for all patients looking to be treated and qualify based on the Victorian DHHS guidelines.
NDIS Exercise and Rehabilitation
We are a recognised NDIS health provider based in Melbourne for NDIS Exercise Physiology, NDIS Personal Training, NDIS Physiotherapy and NDIS Dietetics. We provide community based neurological and general rehabilitation for our NDIS participants, based in their home and at our clinic in Melbourne, VIC. Our NDIS services can be funded under Capacity Building.
DVA Gym Programs
We are an approved DVA health care provider with our clinic located in Melbourne, VIC. Veterans and their families deserve to be recognised for their vital role and service to Australia. Our team are passionate with providing gym programs, exercise rehabilitation, physiotherapy and dietetics for DVA veteran healthcare card holders that have a Veterans Gold Card or Veterans White Card.
TAC Exercise Phys and Physio
Our TAC approved physical therapies that we offer are, Exercise Physiology Treatment and Services, Physiotherapy Treatment and Services & Dietitians and Weight Management Services which are all funded by TAC.
To help you recover from your transport accident injuries the TAC will cover the cost of our allied health physical therapies that we have here at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness.
Workcover Exercise Rehabilitation

All AHPRA registered health workers – and in addition, social work, speech pathology, dietetics and any other health worker required to fulfil a care plan endorsed by NDIS, TAC, Workcover or DVA – to provide services that prevent a significant change/deterioration in functional independence necessitating escalation of care (e.g. a requirement for specialist input/review, an increase in care needs and/or alternate accommodation, avoiding a hospital admission or emergency department presentation).
