Boot Camps: What is the duration of each boot camp session?

Each of our boot camp and group fitness classes run for 45 minutes and no matter what type of session it is (running, strength, indoor boot camp, outdoor boot camp) they always start and finish at the Moonee Valley Health and Fitness Studio – 378 Mt Alexander Rd, Travancore VIC. We do add extra ‘one-off’ 30 and 45 minute sessions every few months when we add extra fitness testing classes that are open to all members to attend.
