DB Incline Close Grip Press - Exercise Library Sets: 2-4 Reps: 8-15 Rest: 1-2 mins Exercise Description: - Sit down on an incline bench (anywhere between 20 degrees and 50 degrees) with a dumbbell in each hand resting on top of your thighs. The palms of your hands will be facing each other. - As you lay down, lift the dumbbells up and hold them in front of you at shoulder width. - Hold the dumbbells with your palms turned towards your body (palms will face each other) to emphasize triceps and minimize shoulder stress. - Lower the dumbbells to the top of your chest. - Press the dumbbells straight up above the chest. - Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions of your training program. Push-Up with 3 Pauses

Push-Up with 3 Pauses - Exercise Library • Start in the same position you normally would for a standard push up. • Keep your abs braced and you body nice and straight from your toes all the way to your shoulders. • Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder width apart. • Lower your self down like you would with a normal push up but pause when you are hallway down and pause for 2 seconds. • Then continue to lower yourself all the way down until you are only about 10 cm from the ground and pause again for 2 seconds. • Then return to the start position, pushing yourself back up to the start position and pause for 2 seconds and that counts as 1 repetition. T Push Up - Exercise Library • Put your hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulder width apart and get up into a push-up position • Keeping your abs braced and your body in a straight line all the way from your toes to your shoulders. • Perform a standard push up, making sure to lower yourself down until you are only about 5cm off the ground. • Push off to return to the start position but as you come up, rotate to one side and point your hand towards the ceiling. • Alternate arms with each push up repetition that you complete.
