Dumbbell Row - Exercise Library • Place hand flat bench or chair, lean over and keep the back flat. • Hold the dumbbell in the other hand in full extension and row it up to your body. • Keep the low back tensed in a neutral position and the elbow tight to the side. • Do NOT round your lower back. TRX Standing Row

TRX Standing Row - Exercise Library • Grab the TRX straps and take two steps backwards • Have your palms facing each other in what is called a neutral grip • Keep your abs braced and your body in a straight line from your toes to your shoulders • Lower your body by straightening your arms and make sure to keep the rest of your body nice and straight • Row your body back up until your chest touches your arms and the straps • Lower yourself back down in a controlled motion to the start position • The more horizontal you make your body in relation to the ground, the harder the exercise is. Dumbbell Piston Row - Exercise Library • Stand with knees bent, back straight and flat, • Hold dumbbells in each hand. • Squeeze your abs and maintain your body position. • Row one dumbbell up to your body. • Lower one dumbbell start rowing the other dumbbell up to your body. • Repeat, being in constant motion, one after another. • Use a weight that works for your so you don’t lose form.
