Healthy Recipe - Breakfast Spanish Style Omelet The Ingredients You Need 120g potato, cubed 1 egg 3 egg whites 1 tbsp pitted green olives, sliced 2 tbsp red capsicum, diced 2 tbsp onion diced 1 tbsp cheddar cheese ½ tsp parsley 1 tsp olive oil Black pepper What To Do: Cook potato in microwave until soft Cut potatos into cubes. Sauté peppers, onions and olives in olive oil in pan for 4 minutes In a bowl beat eggs and add them to pan Add vegetables, cheese and parsley. Fold omelet in half Eat and enjoy!
