Quick Asian Noodles

Healthy Recipe - Lunch The Ingredients You Need 1 packet asian noodles 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 tbsp chicken broth ½ teaspoon dark sesame oil ½ teaspoon grated ginger root 1 drop liquid liquid stevia extract 1 clove garlic 1 tsp soy sauce What To Do: Rinse and drain the noodles well Put in a microwave for 4 minutes. Healthy Recipe - Lunch The Ingredients You Need 1 packet tofu noodles 2 tbsp full cream 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese 45g Cheddar cheese, shredded · ½ tbsp coconut oil What To Do: Drain and rinse 1 packet of tofu noodles Place in a bowl and put them in the microwave for 90 seconds Drain them again Add everything else to the bowl, and stir till the cheese melts and you have a smooth sauce Serve and enjoy The Nutritional Numbers: Calories:335 calories Protein:10 grams Carbohydrates:2 grams Fats:32 grams Needs more recipe ideas?
