Vic Health have put together a great selection of stories from Victorian women who have first-hand experience overcoming these challenges and have helpful advice for getting active. I keep my sports bag packed and in my car, so I’m always ready to exercise. I go with a buddy, so I feel accountable – I even imagine them waiting for me alone, in the cold – I don’t want to let them down! I put my alarm clock on the other side of the room. Then when it goes off, I physically have to get up to turn it off. I also set three consecutive alarms so I don’t have an excuse! Travancore gets a mention in The Age

Travancore and MV Health and Fitness get a mention in The Age It was good to see Travancore and MV Health and Fitness get a mention in an article in The Age today.It mentions the great range of fitness services available in our tiny suburb, and how we are nice and close to the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail bike path which runs alongside the CityLink walls.In the latest census, it only list Travancore with a population of 2480, up from 1700 in 2011 and a tiny 839 in 2006. The article itself focuses on the property and housing in the area and if you have never been down the streets near our Personal Training studio, I do suggest going for a walk or run as some of the houses are beautiful.
