DB Incline Close Grip Press - Exercise Library Sets: 2-4 Reps: 8-15 Rest: 1-2 mins Exercise Description: - Sit down on an incline bench (anywhere between 20 degrees and 50 degrees) with a dumbbell in each hand resting on top of your thighs. The palms of your hands will be facing each other. - As you lay down, lift the dumbbells up and hold them in front of you at shoulder width. - Hold the dumbbells with your palms turned towards your body (palms will face each other) to emphasize triceps and minimize shoulder stress. - Lower the dumbbells to the top of your chest. - Press the dumbbells straight up above the chest. - Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions of your training program. Single Arm Dumbbell Chest Press - Exercise Library • Hold both dumbbells above your chest. • Lower one dumbbell down to your chest while other arm stays in up position. • Bring that dumbbell back up to start position then repeat with other arm. • This can be done one arm at a time or your can alternate reps.
