At Moonee Valley Health and Fitness, we are increasing our group personal training and boot camp sessions we have available at our studio.
– Session Types: Below are the type of sessions we run in our boot camp, so you can pick and choose the sessions you would like to attend. What never changes, is the variety we offer in each session, so everyday you are in the gym the sessions will be different.
Here is the sessions that are available:
– HIIT – TABATA: High Intensity Interval Training
– STRENGTH CON – Strength Training, Toning, General Conditioning & Abs/Core
– BOOT CAMP – Boot Camp Style Workouts
– FITMIX – A big mix of Fitness Challenges, Boxing, Running and Anything and Everything!
– SATURDAY SWEAT SESH BOOTCAMP – Start the weekend off with a boot camp that will be an all body workout using a wide range of exercises and challenges.
– Fitness Testing and Tracking: Every month we run Fitness Test to help you track your progress and results throughout the year. We will make these times available to book into via the MindBody App and these sessions are optional for all members free of charge.
