It depends...
Obstetricians opinions vary in their recommendations here, so first speak to your GP.
Current research shows that gentle pelvic floor exercises and stretches can commence from a very early point after labour, but again it depends on the type of labour you had. We would recommend starting a specific Clinical Pilates based program from about 6 weeks post-labour.
