What to expect at our Ascot Vale Boot Camps

MVFit Boot Camp offers a workout like no other boot camp in Melbourne. We cater each workout for a group personal training setting so you will get a full body workout as well as a cardiovascular workout in each session. Our private personal training studio is a fully equipped gym so don’t expect just a whole heap of body weight exercises and running. Our trainers utilise the whole studio in each session and have access to all the latest and best fitness equipment to get the fat loss results you want.

Does it matter how fit I am before I start?

No matter what your current fitness levels are, our boot camps are for everyone. MVFit Boot Camp specialises in providing challenging workouts for people at any level and at the same time. No matter if you are a 60 year old that hasn’t worked out for 30 years, the way our boot camps are designed you can work side by side a 20 year old athlete in the same group and you will both be challenged at your own fitness level. In each session our trainers will show you progressions and regressions for each exercise to allow for these different levels of fitness and training abilities in the same environment.

What type of exercises do we use?

Our goal for each client is to turn your body into a fat burning machine. Our clients see rapid results in as little as 2-3 boot camp sessions per week. We do this by using a mixture of strength training, high intensity interval training, core strength exercises, cardio and of course nutrition. Although cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program, the other components of our program are important to build lean muscle and increase your metabolism.

We want to offer you something different than your average boot camp workout or group fitness class. We want to help you reach all your fitness goals and get you into the best shape of your life!

Victory Park is next door to the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and has one of Moonee Valley’s best playgrounds to run our group training sessions at. It is on the corner of Epsom and Langs Road, and if you are a local in Ascot Vale we are sure you know of it.

Walter Street Reserve is another great park in Ascot Vale and is on Walter Street and is a ‘Local Park’ with sporting facilities. We mainly run our sessions out of our personal training studio or at other locations, but Walter Street Reserve is somewhere we can also exercise.
