Tomatoe and Chickpea Salad

Chickpeas are filled with plenty of health benefits: high in fiber, they help slow absorption of sugar (good for diabetics), high in calcium, magnesium, potassium and even protein. Healthy Recipe – Salad

The Ingredients You Need
1 can of chickpeas, drained
1 large diced tomatoe
2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1⁄4 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes (optional)

What To Do:
Nice and simple this one! Get all the ingredient into a big bowl and mix it together. Serve immediately or put it in the fridge overnight to serve chilled.
