Healthy Recipe – Salad
Chorizo Avo Salad
The Ingredients You Need
120g chorizo sausage
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
What To Do:
Chop the chorizo or sausage in thin slices. Add to a hot pan, and grill for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 2 more minutes
Add vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Put the mixed greens and slices of avocado on the plates
Add olive oil.
Add chorizo and tomatoes mix on top
Serve and Eat!
