Deviled Eggs with Capers and Olives

It’s time for a simple recipe to make deviled eggs. All you need to add is capers and olives that works really well with eggs. If you want to make these eggs truly devilish, just add a little bit of spice by adding some chilli flakes. Enjoy!

Healthy Recipe – Breakfast

The Ingredients You Need
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 teaspoon olive paste
Chilli flakes (optional)

What To Do:
Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and continue boiling for 15 minutes. Once the eggs have been hard boiled, transfer to a bowl of very cold water.

Peel the eggs under cold running water (this makes it easier to get the peel off without damaging the egg). Cut the egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, capers, olive paste, and chilli flakes (optional) and mash together.

Refill each egg half with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with more chilli flakes if you’d like.
