The Ingredients You Need
2 scoops vanilla whey protein
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup oatmeal (cooked in water)
1/2 cup bran flakes
What To Do:
It’s a shake so is nice and easy to prepare. Blend all your ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
