Of course you can. We offer small private group training for 2 to 10 people, so you can train with a partner, friend or family member. If you have different goals or fitness levels, that is no problem at all. We tailor each session for each individual so you all get the best out of your workout. Perfect for couples or BFFs! Group Personal Training 2:1 Personal Training: $44 per person 3:1 Personal Training: $33 per person 4:1 Personal Training: $25 per person 5+ Group Personal Training: Pricing varies on your group size and if you needed personalised programs for all participants or not. Personal Training: I am currently injured. Are your trainers qualified to help with a rehabilitation program?

Yes we can help. Our team of trainers is full of university qualified fitness professionals, who have either exercise science degrees, or are accredited exercise physiologists who specialise in injury management and rehabilitation. If you are currently seeing a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath or your Doctor for an injury, once they have diagnosed your injury, we can work closely with them to create a health and fitness plan suitable for you. We are proud to be part of the Australian Exercise is Medicine Network, and all our exercise physiologists are registered with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). With most of our team having Exercise Science Degrees and Clinical Exercise Science Degrees, we can adapt your workouts to help create a rehabilitation program for your injury and still get you working towards your health and fitness goals. Personal Training: Can I train with a friend?

You don’t have to train alone, you can train with a friend , partner or a number of your friends with our small private group training sessions. The best thing is, because of our large private personal training studio, you can have different goals and fitness levels and still train in the same session that is tailored to all participants. It’s a great way to get that little bit more motivation and support and most of all so you can enjoy your workout. Don’t forget the more that train in your group the less cost individually it becomes.

Personal Training: Do I have the same trainer every session?

Yes, we ensure you will have the same personal trainer throughout your training program. This is vital for your progression and so we can keep your training consistent and you working efficiently towards your health and fitness goals. In the unfortunate case when your trainer is away sick or unavailable, we will arrange replacement trainer for your session.

Personal Training: How long do your sessions go for?

Our standard sessions with a MVFit Trainer runs for 45 minutes. Depending on your individual needs and wants, we also offer a range of longer and shorter sessions that can be customised to fit your specific needs and schedule. We do not waste your time with long warm ups and cool downs, we get you straight into your training session so you can get the most out of each and everyone of your workout. Depending on your individual goals and needs, you may need an extended warm up or various mobility or stretching routines to help you reach your goal but your trainer will create an extra program that you can complete before or after your workout on your own.

Personal Training: Where are my sessions held?

Your sessions will be held in our large 250sqm fully equipped private personal training studio in Ascot Vale. Here we have all the equipment available to run you sessions, and also as it is indoor training, weather will never be an issue. Our facilities include 4 training spaces, restrooms, reception and waiting room and treatment rooms for our on site massage therapist and nutritionist. Our studio is private so you will not be training with the general public so you can focus on your sessions without any distractions. We ensure a comfortable and friendly environment so you get the best out of your workouts. If you have any injuries, we are also a Melbourne Exercise Rehabilitation Clinic with our experienced team of exercise physiologists.

Personal Training: What equipment do you have at your studio?

We have a large range of equipment in the studio so you get the best out of your sessions. The studio has, crossfit racks, dumbbells, benches, trx suspension trainers, battle ropes, rings, functional trainer, rower, spin bike, Airdyne bike, boxing gear, sled, tyres, sledgehammers, medicine balls, slam balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, fitballs, foam rollers and more. We also have an area of the studio that is used by our Melbourne Exercise Physiology Clinic services. With our great team of exercise professionals and a huge range of the latest health and fitness equipment, we guarantee that no matter what your training goals are we can create the right plan for you.
