A nutritionist role is to provide information and advice about food, food choices and health to help people achieve optimal health. Nutrition: What happens during an initial Nutrition consultation?

Initial Nutrition Consult The initial consultation usually goes for 45-60 minutes. The consultation is used for our nutritionist to gain as much information as they can about your lifestyle. This includes eating habits, symptoms, energy levels, living arrangements, fitness level. At the completion of the initial consultation, you will leave with information and strategies to implement over the coming weeks. Follow Up Consultation A follow up consultation usually occurs 2 weeks later. At this consultation you will receive a detailed program based on your specific requirements.
