We have a large range of equipment in the studio so you get the best out of your sessions. The studio has, crossfit racks, dumbbells, benches, trx suspension trainers, battle ropes, rings, functional trainer, rower, spin bike, Airdyne bike, boxing gear, sled, tyres, sledgehammers, medicine balls, slam balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, fitballs, foam rollers and more.

We also have an area of the studio that is used by our Melbourne Exercise Physiology Clinic services.

With our great team of exercise professionals and a huge range of the latest health and fitness equipment, we guarantee that no matter what your training goals are we can create the right plan for you.
