Our studio training hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 5am to 10pm
  • Tuesday: 5am to 10pm
  • Wednesday: 5am to 10pm
  • Thursday: 5am to 10pm
  • Friday: 5am to 6pm
  • Saturday: 6am to 12pm
  • Sunday: Closed
