Our standard sessions with a MVFit Trainer runs for 45 minutes. Depending on your individual needs and wants, we also offer a range of longer and shorter sessions that can be customised to fit your specific needs and schedule.

We do not waste your time with long warm ups and cool downs, we get you straight into your training session so you can get the most out of each and everyone of your workout.

Depending on your individual goals and needs, you may need an extended warm up or various mobility or stretching routines to help you reach your goal but your trainer will create an extra program that you can complete before or after your workout on your own.
