With the introductory offer you can experience training with one of our highly skilled and knowledgeable fitness professionals and can first learn about the path required to reach your desired goals.
1:1 Personal Training: $66.00 per session
2:1 Personal Training: $44 per person
3:1 Personal Training: $33 per person
With your personal training sessions, you will receive a personalised training program specific to your training goals, and we will provide all the training equipment you need.
No matter what your budget, we can devise a solution that will suits your needs and guarantee results. If our personal training is not within your budget, we also offer Group Personal Training / Boot Camps from $99 a month for unlimited sessions, or our 12 week at home training guides.
Our team of trainers are full of university qualified fitness professionals, who have either exercise science degrees, or are currently continuing their studies in exercise physiology and rehab or osteopathy. We have been operating for over 10 years in the health and fitness industry and we pride ourselves on our past and current client goals and achievements.
