Boot Camps: What results can I expect to see?

We have had some amazing results with our boot camp members. If you follow our nutrition plan carefully and are able to attend at least 3 boot camp classes per week you can expect to lose on average about 1kg of body fat every week.

Not only will you drop body fat but your muscles will be toned and stronger and you’ll see significant improvements in your fitness and energy levels.

Our team at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness will do everything they can to help you achieve the goals you are aiming for. Our group environment is a great way to train, but if you have any specific health and fitness goals, we also offer private personal training sessions at a reduced rate to our boot camp members. In those sessions we can help you create a specialised program which will help complement your boot camp results, and improve your results even more!
