Boot Camps: I’m not very fit and haven’t exercised in a while, can I still take part in your program?

Of course you can, that’s why you are coming to MV Fitness in the first place… Everyone has to start somewhere and it’s never too late to start. A lot of our members are in the same position as yourself, and we are all here to work with each other. It’s our job to get you in the best shape possible, as quickly and as safely as possible.

In each session you’ll be pushed outside of your comfort zone but never too far, all our trainers are extremely qualified with years of experience and know how to keep you motivated and injury free.

We have a few basic fitness tests we perform every few months so we can record your progress and vary the sessions so no matter what your fitness level you are always improving.

We have built a great community here at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness and everyone (including our members) are extremely supportive and encouraging at all times.
