Our large unique training facility that is a private gym and exercise rehabilitation clinic. There are two open personal training spaces and two group fitness areas, a crossfit rack - strength training area, free weights, clinical pilates, functional trainer as well as numerous cardiovascular conditioning pieces of equipment. Moonee Valley Health and Fitness have accredited exercise physiologists that deal with exercise rehabilitation, NDIS participants as well as massage therapists and physiotherapists available in our two treatment rooms. There are also a bag area and rest rooms available for clients to store their valuables during their exercise sessions.

No – we don’t scream or yell and intimidate people. We are here to coach and motivate you so you can achieve your goals in a fun and friendly environment. Our trainers are university qualified fitness professionals, not ex-military drill sergeants or reality show fitness trainers trying to make a tv show. Screaming and pushing you until your on your hands and knees throwing up isn’t an effective way to reach your goals (although it does make for good reality tv). Our 45 minute workouts are based around scientific research on what works in the real world. Our results speak for themselves.
