Wide Push up – Exercise Library
– Start in your push up position but place your hands wider than shoulder width.
– Aim to have your hands out as far as possible through the entire movement.
– Lower your chest down to the ground ensuring that your elbows don’t flare out to the side too much.
– Drive your hands firmly into the ground and lifting your chest back up, straighten your arms to the start position
