Bodyweight Step-Up – Exercise Library
• Stand in front of a bench or step
• Place one foot on the bench and the other on the floor.
• Squeeze your abs and push up your body to a standing position on the bench or step.
• Swap legs and lower your leg down to starting position and repeat.
• You can do one side at a time or alternate.
