Lachy is an Exercise Physiologist at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness. He specialises in exercise rehabilitation and loves working with chronic conditions and has a keen interest in working with disabilities and NDIS participants.

Academic Background 

Lachy first completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) at RMIT University and then graduated with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University.


Why Lachy chose Exercise Physiology

Lachy is a movement optimist and loves prescribing and educating others on the benefits of exercise.


Why he enjoys being an Exercise Physiologist

Lachy believes in empowering people through movement and believes that restoring or instilling self belief in a client’s physical capabilities is an EP’s greatest tool. He enjoys teaching clients to take control of their injury or condition so that they are able to live life to the fullest.


What Lachy enjoys doing outside of work

When not at work Lachy enjoys spending time with friends, playing basketball and partaking in personal development sessions for his EP work.
